Laundry facility with sink, washer and clothes line. Front patio equipped with table, umbrella and chairs. Private table, chairs and beach umbrella at the beach.

Small and secluded condominium including only 5 additional homes, 1 parking space, 1 swimming pool with shallow section at aprox 2 ft deep and deeper section at aprox. 5ft deep (no lifeguards on duty). The pool area includes sauna, bathroom and a spacious covered outdoor kitchen equipped with refrigerator, sink, 2 barbecue grills and tables. Beautiful front yard with palm trees, lawn, tables and a magnificent beach view.
